The_Search is my solo project. For the past ten years or so I have always been composing but never got to finalise anything. Now that I have a home studio, I will share on this page what the late George Carlin called 'brain droppings'. His were made of words, mine are made of melodies. These pieces are mostly written in one evening. It usually starts with an idea, a riff, be it on the bass or the guitar. I then proceed to record it in Cubase (music software) and start adding layer upon layer. The sound quality varies from track to track, as I sometimes use the internal mic of my laptop.
