We describe on this page how to use GeoDiSP, and detail how a typical use should look like on your computer screen. In the main directory, you find all fortran90 files (.f90), corresponding object files (.o), and Makefiles. Once you have modified Makefile.inc accordingly to the compiler present on your machine, you also need to modify the input.test file, and indicate next to the gnuplot_bin the path of the gnuplot executable file. Two subdirectories are of importance : INPUT and OUTPUT. Their purpose is self-explanatory. If you go in the INPUT directory, you will find the data files that are part of the distribution and you will place your own data files there. The data file 'test.dat' looks like:
